We may also at this stage propose or discuss preliminary options you may have. At this stage, it is also important for us to inform you of the professional Code of Conduct we have to abide to. Very often at this stage, we answer queries from our clients as it is in our best interest to hand-hold you to make an informed decision about this important meaningful journey. This step can be conducted online or face-to-face.

Step 2: Accuracy and Complexity

This is the stage where you will suddenly realize that there are a lot of things that need to be handled involving many relevant stakeholders and agencies in getting the necessary documents ready etc. This critical stage will see us attending to all these complicated dealings with the relevant agencies and government of Australia.

Step 3: Laws and Regulations

We will work through in detail with the Immigration Authority and relevant agencies to ensure a positive outcome achieved for you. At this stage, our expertise may involve not only our professionalism but also our expertise and experiences in the relevant applicable laws on migration. Step Four: Success

Upon securing your Permanent Residency, we will notify and arrange matters so you can continue to be in compliance with your obligations of the Permanent Residency. This is the beginning of the most exciting journey of your life.

 
 

You Most Probably Are.

Each visa subclass has its own requirements. The requirements may change from time to time in accordance to the migration law. There are requirements at time of application (known as Time of Application) as well as at time of approval (known as Time of Decision). Failure to comply with either one of the stipulated requirements may render the application invalid with a negative outcome. Therefore, it is important for us to assess you ensuring all criteria met at all stages of the processing.
